     Gas heating offers higher heat output, versatility for larger molds, and wider range of materials. Electric heating provides precise temperature control, energy efficiency, and enhanced safety. The choice between gas and electric heating depends on factors such as the specific requirements of the casting process, mold size, available infrastructure, and energy costs.

     PYROprecision offers surface combustion technologies that provide customers with three different flame configurations: IR-RED ® FLAME, PUR-BLUE ® FLAME, and HYBRID ® FLAME. These configurations can be custom designed to meet the specific requirements of each customer's equipment.

    Dual-Side Firing or DF SERIES allows for the operation of both top and bottom firing in a single burner. This offers a significant advantage for mold preheating applications that require flames at both the top and bottom of the gravity or low pressure dia casting machine.

 Using an IR-RED ® FLAM infrared gas burner for preheating moldscan offer several benefits:
