บริษัทฯ มีความยินดีที่จะนำเสนอสินค้า เครื่องพ่นไฟแก๊ส LANEMARK จากประเทศอังกฤษ รุ่น FD Series สำหรับเตาอบอุตสาหกรรม เตาอบสินค้าทางการเกษตร และเตาอบแห้ง ที่ใช้แก๊สแรงดันต่ำเป็นเชื้อเพลิง กำลังระหว่าง 120 - 880 กิโลวัตต์ อุปกรณ์ถูกพัฒนามาอย่างยาวนานมากกว่า 40 ปี ออกแบบและผลิตตามมาตรฐานสากล EN746 Industrial thermoprocessing equipment - Safety requirements for combustion and fuel handling systems มีความปลอดภัยและได้ความนิยมอย่างยิ่งในยุโรป อเมริกา เอเชีย และได้การยอมรับในกลุ่มลูกค้าโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย
FD-C ใช้การควบคุมด้วยระบบ Modulating Gas หรือ ระบบ Exceed Air โดยใช้วาล์ว Kromschröder รุ่น VAD ซึ่งมีวาล์วควบคุมแรงดันขาออกได้ เนื่องจาก Low Pressure Regulator ถูกติดตั้งมาด้วย Gas Train ใช้งานควบคู่กับ Rotary Ball Valve พร้อมชุดขับไฟฟ้า Johnson Control สำหรับปรับปริมาณแก๊สเข้าเบิร์นเนอร์ ขณะที่ปริมาณอากาศคงที่ รับสัญญาณ Process Variable 4-20mA หรือ 0-10VDC จาก Temperature Controller

FD-C Force Draft Gas Package Burner
Lanemark FDC series packaged burners are designed to offer low cost, high turndown (gas only) control for process air heating applications in convection ovens and dryers.
With a compact, self-contained design, Lanemark FDC burners are ideally suited to direct fired applications and offer key advantages that are at the heart of industrial oven design. Excellent turndown capability ensures efficient operation and enables every installation to match precise processing requirements.

✓ Offering flexible, high turndown (gas-only) control for process air heating applications, convection ovens and dryers, each installation offers short flame profiles – recognised as extremely important for industrial oven design – while stable combustion results directly from the conical burner head design.
FDC burners incorporate a burner wind box, combustion air fan, manual sliding damper, compact mono-bloc gas valve train and controls so that every FDC installation is packaged to occupy minimum installation space. Each model incorporates a steel control box with a choice of either natural gas or propane fuel options to ensure that each installation meets the requirements of individual site applications.
